funny that coincides with my plans to start making a research shed for looking into different ways to make energy. (i don't have the funds at the moment)

They probably did it to get more funds/money without having to add more content.

probally, but who cares? if they can get money out of it AND make people happy (people tend to like restocks) why shouldn't they? :D

I don't really care, at the end of it all there a bushiness an need the money to keep running.
I just like the fact that they seem to do it so randomly.
